Stockholder Communication
with the Board of Directors

Stockholders and interested parties wishing to contact our Board as a whole, or the non-management directors as a group, any Board committee, the Chairman of the Board or the Lead Director may send a letter to the Corporate Secretary, General Motors Company, Mail Code 482-C25-A36, 300 Renaissance Center, P.O. Box 300, Detroit, Michigan 48265-3000.

All communications received will be opened by the Corporate Secretary for the sole purpose of determining whether the contents represent a message to directors. Communications deemed by the Corporate Secretary to be frivolous or otherwise inappropriate for the Board's consideration will not be forwarded. Communications of an urgent nature are promptly reported to the Board. All correspondence to directors will be acknowledged by the Corporate Secretary and may also be forwarded within GM for review by a subject matter expert.
