Between 2015 and 2024, GM’s Board of Directors authorized common stock repurchase programs with an aggregate total of approximately $31.7 billion authorized, inclusive of the $10 billion Accelerated Share Repurchase (ASR) Program executed in Q4 2023. In Q1 2025, the Board increased the authorized amount of the share repurchase program by an additional $6 billion, bringing the aggregate authorized share repurchase program to approximately $37.7 billion.
